    Cheese Parathas

    Equipment

    • Tava/Frying pan, Rolling pin

    Ingredients
      

    For the paratha dough

    • 1 cup Shivtara Atta
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tbsp Oil
    • Water as needed

    For the stuffing

    • 1 1/2 cups Grated cheese
    • 1 finely chopped Onion
    • 3 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
    • Salt to taste

    Instructions
     

    Method

    • Mix Shivtara Chakki Atta, oil & salt together in a mixing bowl until well blended. Add enough water and knead in to a soft dough. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let this rest for 30 minutes before dividing it in to equal portions.
    • Roll each portion in to a ball and then roll it out flat with your rolling pin.
    • Add a portion of the cheese stuffing in the middle and wrap the rolled out paratha around it.
    • Heat a frying pan or tava, place the paratha on it, add some ghee to cook it until golden brown on both sides.
    • Remove and serve hot.
